To prioritise and cultivate a strong spiritual focus among our members: children, youth, men, and women on the importance of and participation in Bible study.

To increase the knowledge of the members regarding the SDA church’s position on health and other fundamental beliefs. 

To create a greater appreciation for the Publishing Ministry in nurturing their spiritual growth

To engender spiritual connection and fidelity through sustainable stewardship education and promotion 

Foster harmony among believers in church life, standards and practices, doctrines, organisational functions, and mission

Foster mentoring relationships with Northern Caribbean University (NCU) School of Religion & Theology (SRT) students to prepare them for the work in CJC 

Reclamation of missing youths to active involvement in church ministry

To share the Three Angels’ Message in a way that souls will be favourably attracted to Jesus Christ and elect to follow Him 

Encouraging women to use their time, talent, spiritual gifts, and finances in the service of God within their family, church, and community

Provide an environment that reflects spiritual values and principles, becoming of Christian women’s deportment/adornment 

To make each communicator a digital disciple

Be intentional in promoting the books in the local churches.  Through this effort, we will increase members' awareness of the importance of reading the Spirit of Prophecy books and implementing information read thereby developing Christ-like living.

To encourage members to share our literature with others

To enhance the spirituality of the members, thereby transforming behaviour.

Improve the knowledge of the word of God and the Spirit of Prophecy among church and community members.

Make H.S. Walters Health and Outreach Centre the premier health institution

To demonstrate care for the members by offering support

To establish community empowerment centres promoting morals, values, and attitudes for a more caring and gentler society

Engage youth in community impact

Promote and develop a culture of respect for humans’ inalienable and defeasible rights to fellowship with God and fellow human beings

To engender greater involvement of men as role models and mentors, impacting one life at a time

To develop dilapidated/deteriorated churches that need rehabilitation

To further develop an enthusiasm for ministry among pastors and lay workers

Address the demands from members & non-members for a convenient way of accessing goods and services for meeting their social needs

Include Mass Communication as part of the development of at-risk youth

Empowering women to help other women to create opportunities for Christian service, through acts of benevolence to alleviate suffering and positively impact the lives of others

Teaching children and adolescents to love God and care for others through acts of kindness

To establish physical and online Libraries in Each Local Church

Promote and encourage evangelism by the use of practical activities which result in a culture of caring and sharing.

Pastoral Care

To create programmes that have a direct impact on the health and well-being of individuals

To provide a space for workers and their families to engage in sports and exercise

Equip Local Communication Leaders

Equip communicators at every level of the church to become effective digital disciples

Collaborate with the Administration and all departments of the church in witnessing to the community

Integration of all Departments for soul-winning activities

To achieve 75% participation of churches in the use of the Ecclesia 7 and ACMS applications

To develop and train our men, women, youth, and adolescents in skills that will enable them to serve in leadership roles in their churches

Provide stewardship and trust education 

To increase the number, efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the CJC Literature Evangelists.

To enhance the personal development of each Literature Evangelist

To make all printed materials by the church accessible to church members

To ensure that new converts have access to all the information they need to grow in Christ.

To enforce the importance of the utilisation of Christ’s Method alone for true success in ministry, and to educate and train ACS leaders and team members in the local churches in this regard

 To ensure that the local churches are informed of all ACS-related plans and activities

To teach individuals to help themselves and others through empowerment programmes/ sessions

Empower Elders in service

Create within each church and educational institution a culture of evangelism to reach all people

Administrators and Directors being actively involved in evangelism

To revitalise the Prison, Possibilities and Chaplaincy Ministries

Increase Sabbath School attendance in the local church to 70% and increase consistency in Sabbath School statistical and remittance reporting

To develop field-based continuing education in the area of preaching and evangelism.

“Community Impact” – Go out into the community and share the word as well as provide them with food items etc.

Visitation Program

Get more members involved in evangelism through the distribution of the written word

To have at least three Publishing Crusades for the Quadrennium.

Increase social interactions among youth to build unity/togetherness

To advance the spiritual growth of each member in the local church

To increase the level of giving (Tithe and Offering 15% respectively)

To present an annual, audited financial statement to the constituency

To promote the unity of belief and encourage the members to follow the same

To increase statistical reporting to at least 80% annually up to 2023 and 100% by 2025

To promote and maintain an active prayer ministry in the lives of our members throughout the Central Jamaica Conference both personally and corporately.

Establish zonal publishing groups

Implement a culture of prayer and dependence on God for success in ministry (except God builds the house, they labour in vain who built it)

Educate the members on the importance of united prayer and the need to be stewards of time, talent and resources.
